Spring Paper Twist was an early solo exhibition of paper-only installations at LiveArt Gallery. The work from this period marks my transition into pure cut paper as a primary medium — knife-drawn, suspended, lit so the shadows became part of the work. These pieces laid the groundwork for the site-specific cut paper installations that followed at Headlands and into the L.A. years.
