Rain Bird Space is a large 2D cut paper work — a single sheet, four-and-a-half by seven feet, built up in watercolor, metallic powder, and ink, then knife-drawn through. The composition reads as both wing and weather: silhouettes of leaves and grasses caught mid-shift, as if the wind had paused. A still inside motion.
