Spirit of Eden Shelter Island tightly integrates with the architecture of the space, seemingly growing from it. Razor-thin 2D mirror cutouts cling to interior surfaces, seamlessly ascending from the fireplace hearth, growing upward, sprouting elsewhere, and terminating around the corner of an upstairs doorway. Although spatially separate, the cutouts operate as a unified whole — growing and morphing as a singular, multifaceted experience of ever-shifting color reflections within a dynamic floral composition.
